Recycling has become a way of life for most of Americans. We have huge bins from our municipalities for paper and plastic waste and yard waste. In fact, most of us now recycle more than we discard in the regular refuse trash. Comfortable handles will make the job of hauling the small loads out to the garage more pleasant. You may also want a place for a label so the family and guests know exactly what goes where.

There is one system with small, medium and large bins that stack with each other. So, for example, if you accumulate more paper than cans you can use a large bin on the bottom for paper and medium bin on top of it for aluminum. The top bin can be another medium for glass recyclables or a small bin for the plant leaves, paper towels and dryer lint that can go in the yard waste collection.
